Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
If the keychain ring or magnet component is defective or damaged, a refund or replacement may be issued within 30 days of receiving the item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective or damaged (excluding minor imperfections inherent in handmade products).
Other non-returnable items include:

Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For merchandise shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without a justification.
As above, items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Custom-made and personalized items are exempt from this policy.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at jinju0025@gmail.com.
