Delivery Timelines: Shipping typically takes 2 to 22 business days, depending on your country and local customs processing.

Tracking: To see your package's journey, please select a tracked shipping option at checkout. If you choose an untracked method, we cannot provide updates on the package's location once it leaves our studio.

Return Policy: Once an item has shipped, it is non-refundable.

Custom Orders: For custom items, if you have requested a "pre-shipment preview," I will contact you via email or social media. Please review your item carefully, as no changes can be made once the item is shipped.

Delivery Issues: While I will do my best to assist with any shipping or delivery concerns, please note that once the package is in the hands of the carrier, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or delivery times.

United States (DDP Shipping)

I am pleased to offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to the US.

No Hidden Fees: All import duties and taxes are prepaid and included in your shipping cost. You will not receive a surprise bill upon delivery

Important Note on Delays: Due to ongoing changes in US tariff and import policies in 2026, packages may occasionally experience temporary holds at the border for additional screening. While I do everything to ensure a smooth crossing, please allow for a few extra days during these transition periods.

International Shipping (Rest of World)

Duties & Taxes: You may be required to pay import taxes, VAT, or local customs fees depending on your country’s laws. These are calculated by your local government, and I am unable to predict or cover these costs.

Language Requirement: To ensure accurate delivery, please provide your shipping address in English.
